Security Officer Access Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients, customers, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout retail and mall locations, including sales floors, common areas, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter locations.;
Observe and report unusual activity, potential hazards, policy violations, and suspicious behavior to the appropriate personnel.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site-specific procedures and escalating concerns as needed.;
Assist with access control, customer and visitor inquiries, and incident documentation while helping to deter theft, unauthorized activity, and disruptions
