We are a growing commercial service company specializing in HVAC and refrigeration support for restaurants, quick‑service chains, bars, and food service facilities throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex. Job Summary

We are seeking a Certified HVAC Technician with experience servicing commercial kitchen and restaurant equipment. The ideal candidate is a self‑motivated professional who can diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC and refrigeration systems while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems.
  • Service rooftop units (RTUs), split systems, exhaust and make‑up air systems.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on restaurant HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
  • Respond to emergency service calls and minimize equipment downtime.
  • Read and interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, and technical manuals.
  • Complete service reports and work orders accurately and promptly.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to customers and management.
  • Maintain company vehicle, tools, and inventory.
  • Follow all safety procedures and industry regulations.
Qualifications

Required

  • EPA Universal Certification.
  • Valid Texas driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Minimum 3 years of commercial HVAC service experience.
  • Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a service route.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work on rooftops, ladders, and confined spaces.

Preferred

  • Experience working in restaurants, commercial kitchens, or food service environments.
  • Knowledge of refrigeration systems, walk‑in coolers, and freezers.
  • NATE Certification or equivalent industry certifications.
  • Experience with kitchen exhaust and ventilation systems.

Schedule
  • Monday–Friday
  • On‑call rotation for emergency service requests
  • Occasional evenings and weekends as needed
