Schedule:
Monday–Friday, starting at approximately 6:00–7:00 AM. Typically 8–10 hours per day. Currently averaging approximately 48 hours per week. Overtime and weekends may be required. Travel:

Crew of 6+ employees Position Summary The Lead Welder / Lead Welding Mechanic is a hands-on leadership position responsible for performing and overseeing commercial welding and mechanical installation work. This individual will lead a crew of at least six employees, coordinate daily field activities, read and interpret construction drawings and submittals, and ensure work is completed safely, accurately, and on schedule.
Candidates may come from a welder or fitter background, but must have strong mechanical experience and demonstrated experience leading field crews. Passing a 6G welding test/certification is mandatory.
