Job DescriptionWe’re looking for a skilled and experienced Metal Refinisher to bring their talent and craftsmanship to our expanding markets. As a foreman refinisher, you’ll use your expertise in buffing, stripping, sanding, masking, filling, spraying, oxidizing, and finishing techniques to restore surfaces to their best state.
Key Responsibilities- Accountable for following work order instructions and Lead Foreman directions to ensure all jobs are completed to quality standards and in a timely manner
- Working with solvents, chemicals, pneumatic and power tools
- Follow all safety and OSHA related protocols, including the use of company vehicles
- Successfully complete all required safety and training modules
- Work nights (generally 4/5pm – 2/3am) with flexibility to work occasional days or weekends
- Occasion out of town travel (in company van, with daily per diem allowance & individual hotel)
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or G.E.D preferred
- Current and valid driver’s license, with an insurable driving record
- Effective communication skills – both written and verbal
- Comfortable with heights and working in confined spaces
- Ability to kneel, squat, bend, lift, reach, climb and carry equipment up to 60lbs unassisted
- Painting and Spraying Experience of any type
- High level of attention to detail/cleanliness
