Our technicians use industry-leading equipment and trusted techniques to restore your property after water, fire, mold, or asbestos damage. Our organization is seeking a talented individual to fill a critical position as a Mitigation Foreman
. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the successful execution of restoration projects. Your primary responsibilities will include supporting the Project Manger, leading project teams, and overseeing the restoration production process. Your strong communication skills and hands-on expertise will ensure that projects are completed efficiently and safely.

• Support the Project Manger on all job site activities
• Execute job action plan for restoration production
• Able to communicate workflow and scope of work with team members assigned to project
• Work directly and lead team members to Remove/ demolish materials that cannot be restored or repaired at job sites
• Supervise the crew, along with any additional subcontractors or vendors on site
• Utilize truck mounted Extractor efficiently
• Extract standing water if needed
• Set up equipment, move tools, and restock vans nightly. Maintain warehouse organization & cleanliness.
• Maintain job site safety
• Working in confined spaces including heights
• Properly utilize power tools
• Able to correctly identify and place drying equipment
• Utilize Company software to document loss sites alongside project manager
• Take photos at different stages of a project

• Some relevant experience in emergency restoration (preferred)
• Full-time position
• Must have Valid Drivers' License
• Must pass background check
• Must have reliable transportation to Main office
• Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Frequent walking, standing, bending, and twisting
• Clean shaven face for use of respirator per OSHA regulations
• Working in a team environment
• Working in tight or confined spaces
• On call per rotation schedule (Paid OT, 2x pay for on call/ after-hours work)
