• Guide architecture decisions, design patterns and code quality standards, resolve complex technical challenges, and perform code reviews.
• Hands‑on Java development and lead in the technical design and development of cross‑functional, multi‑platform application systems.
• Translate product requirements into technical specifications and actionable plans. Participate in all Sprint ceremonies.
• Focus on delivery efficiency and tech debt reduction; mentor team members.
• Perform stakeholder collaboration—act as bridge between PO, BSA, QA and business teams; participate in roadmap discussions and clarify any technical implications.
• Drive automation wherever necessary and maintain documentation.
• Ensure that security, compliance and performance are met in every release.

• Provide daily technical leadership in agile ceremonies and help define and adhere to technical standards across the team.
• Eliminate and prioritize technical team problems and roadblocks.
• Lead the team (with the help of Scrum Master and Product Owner) in estimating, planning, designing solutions and developing applications with the scrum team.
• Accountable for hands‑on technical leadership and design activities related to new application or rewrite/enhance existing applications.
• Work directly with scrum teams in a Java technology environment utilizing AGILE methodology.
• Creates and leads the technical design and development of software solutions.
• Proposes & designs software solutions to address complex business needs. Prepares technical and procedural documentation required.
• Facilitates complex problem resolution.
• Provides technical guidance and support to colleagues, reviewing coding, testing and documentation of software.
• Applies modern principles, methodologies and tools to advance business initiatives and capabilities.
