Provide technical leadership for a real?time decisioning platform, leading by example through daily hands?on development—designing and coding core components end?to?end to solve complex, ambiguous problems at scale while setting a high bar for code quality, performance, reliability, security, and long?term maintainability.

- Spring Boot

- Distributed system design
- Performance tuning
- Rest API's
- Observability & Reliability ( logging, tracing, etc.)
