RWD Local Driver

Local Delivery Driver Robinson Windows is seeking a reliable, safety-focused Local Delivery Driver to join our team. In this role, you will deliver windows and doors to customers and company locations while ensuring safe, timely deliveries and providing exceptional customer service. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Safely operate a 24-foot gooseneck trailer for local deliveries.

Load and unload windows and doors weighing 50 pounds or more at customer locations.

Follow assigned delivery routes and meet time-sensitive schedules with strong attention to detail.

Maintain a high standard of safety while operating company vehicles and handling materials.

Navigate delivery routes using GPS and utilize handheld scanning devices as needed.

Frequently enter and exit the delivery vehicle throughout the workday.

Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.

Fuel the truck as needed and promptly report maintenance or safety concerns to dispatch or management.

Provide courteous, professional customer service during every delivery.

Must be at least 21 years of age.

Valid driver's license required; CDL preferred but not required.

Acceptable driving record, including:

No more than two moving violations within the past three years.

No DWI/DUI convictions within the past five years (insurance requirement).Ability to pass a background check.

Comfortable using a smartphone and willing to learn company workflow applications.

Experience operating a 24-foot gooseneck trailer, box truck, or similar commercial vehicle preferred.

Ability to repeatedly lift and carry 50 pounds or more throughout the workday.

Previous experience as a delivery driver, CDL driver, warehouse associate, construction laborer, manufacturing or production employee, assembler, or in loading and unloading is a plus.
