We are seeking a Warehouse Associate in the Union, NJ Head Office to join our fast-growing company. As a warehouse associate you will be responsible for maintaining and managing inventory, shipping daily orders, receiving returns, and all administrative operations. An ideal candidate must show initiative in assisting the company in all areas of daily business and must have at least 2 years of experience in warehouse operations.

• Data entry for sales and purchase orders
• Process and ship orders promptly
• Receive and process returns
• Track and manage inventory
• Re-package products
• Draft emails, memos, and other correspondence
• Miscellaneous office and administrative work

• Must have at least 2 years of experience in warehouse operations.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
• Experience with an inventory management software. Preferably Net Suite
• Physically capable of performing the essential duties of the job and lift heavy object up to 65lbs
• Ability to understand written and oral job instructions;
  Ability to follow all safety standards and policies
• Ability to multitask and assist production team when required
• Ability to learn new computer systems
• Highly motivated and high energy individual with a positive outlook
• Maintain professional relationships with team members
• Must be a well-organized, focused and a self-starter
• Driver’s License required

Compensation: $15 - $17 per hour. 40+ hours a week.
