OVERVIEW
Member of senior sales staff responsible for driving growth in our prepared foods business and expanding our market presence within the fully cooked chicken category. This role requires a strategic seller who can articulate the value of fully cooked product and the benefit of doing business with Case Farms.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS- Develop new customers for product, pricing, and mix.
- Coordinate product mix and develop sales strategy.
- Prospect new business and managing high-value accounts across food service, retail, and institutional sector
- Manage current customer base and resolve issues that arise.
- Work closely with Division Sales Managers and ensure production schedules align with customer demand.
- Establish or monitor specific performance measurement systems for customer base.
- Implement specific customer requirements for packaging and service.
- Analyze the financial impact of current customer base.
- To include weekly review system tracking key customer volumes, pricing, and sales matrix.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent of experience (min. 5 years) in Poultry Sales and Sales Management.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work within multiple tiered sales organization.
- Strong management skills and analytical skills.
- Broad industry knowledge, poultry processing, food safety regulations and cold-chain logistics.
- Adept at negotiation, presentation, relationship building and interaction with customer R&D/QA teams.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word.

- Ability to travel commercially and work in various environments, including processing plants and cold storage facilities.
- May be exposed to temperatures of 28 degrees to 100 degrees Fahrenheit with both ambient and 100% humidity.
- May be exposed to noise ranges of 50 db to 110 db.
- May be exposed to dust, feathers and all chemicals used in poultry, food, processing facility.
- Must wear and use protective and safety equipment required for the job as directed by the Company.
