Cone Line

Position: Cone Line - Days
Work Source is offering an exciting opportunity to join our production team at a Louisiana facility. Team members in this role play a key part in the debone process, working on a fast-paced production line while rotating through a variety of positions such as left shoulder, right shoulder, breast tenders and wings. Hours are Monday - Thursday 8:49 a.m. until the end of the production.

Compensation and Benefits include:

• Starting pay is $17.25/hour
• Insurance options including medical, dental and vision

Job Responsibilities:

• Remove the front half of the carcass from the back half
• Maintain a steady flow of the front halves to the cone line
• Pull breast fillets with accuracy and efficiency
• Score and pull tenders according to production standards
• Rotate between assigned debone positions as needed
• Follow all safety, food handling and quality assurance guidelines

Qualifications:

• Ability to work in a fast
  -paced production environment
• Must be able to properly pull breast fillets, score tenders and pull tenders
• Willingness to rotate between various positions throughout the shift
• Dependable and able to follow instructions and procedures.
