Job Summary:

At Onyx Care of Farmerville, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate LPN/RN Treatment Nurse to join our team of skilled healthcare professionals. As a Treatment Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional post-acute rehabilitation care to our patients. Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients, including wound care, medication administration, and treatment procedures

• Assess patients' physical and emotional needs and develop individualized care plans to address them

• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless transitions and coordinate patient care

• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, medications, and self-care techniques

• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure high-quality care

Requirements:

• Current LPN/RN licensure in the State of Louisiana

• 0 years of experience as an LPN/RN (new graduates welcome to apply!)

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
