We are presently seeking an individual who will maintain resident files and cash receipts on MRI and Manage America.
Responsibilities- Post cash receipts to MRI and Manage America in a timely, accurate manner.
- Review cash-related processes performed by onsite employees to maintain accuracy and advise of errors and discrepancies.
- Prepare cash transfers for properties with depository accounts.
- Prepare and mail Statements of Deposit for residents who have moved out and submit to the Recovery Manager for collection or to Accounts Payable for refund.
- Interface with onsite managers and Regional Managers to reconcile discrepancies in residents’ accounts and community bank accounts.
- Archive files as needed.
- Minimum 3-4 years of accounts receivable experience.
- Some college accounting coursework preferred;
High School diploma or GED required. - Property Management experience preferred.
- Microsoft Office
-specifically Excel and Outlook. - Detail-oriented with strong organizational, time management, problem-solving, and follow-through skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer service focus.
- Ability to multitask and be a team player in a fast-paced environment.
