Tax Senior / Tax Associate (2-4 Years Experience) Farmington Hills, Michigan | Public Accounting

A respected CPA firm in Farmington Hills, Michigan is seeking a Tax Professional with 2-4 years of public accounting experience to join its collaborative team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working directly on a variety of tax engagements while gaining exposure to financial statement preparation and client service.

• Prepare and review a variety of tax returns, including:
  • Individual (1040)
  • Partnership (1065)
  • S Corporation (1120S)
  • Corporation (1120)
  • Nonprofit (990)
  • Fiduciary (1041)
• Assist with compilation and review financial statement engagements
• Work closely with experienced CPAs and firm leadership
• Provide exceptional client service to closely held businesses and individuals
• Build technical and professional skills in a supportive office environment

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
• CPA strongly preferred
• 2-4 years of recent public accounting experience
• Experience preparing and/or reviewing tax returns in a CPA firm environment
• Stable career progression with a public accounting firm
• Experience with CCH Axcess or CCH Pro System software strongly preferred
• Financial statement compilation and review experience is a plus
