Staff Bright is partnering with a global, publicly traded manufacturing organization to identify a Finance Manager for its corporate accounting team. This position will play a key role in the company's worldwide reporting structure, with significant ownership of global consolidations, corporate close, financial reporting, and accounting initiatives
.
- Own key components of the worldwide consolidation and corporate close process across monthly, quarterly, and year-end reporting cycles
- Coordinate with accounting teams across multiple business units and international locations to ensure accurate and timely reporting
- Prepare and analyze consolidated financial results and cash flow reporting
- Serve as a key resource for the organization's One Stream consolidation platform, including enhancements and reporting improvements
- Support external reporting requirements and the development of financial information used within SEC filings
- Partner with internal and external audit teams on SOX controls, documentation, and testing related to financial close and consolidation
- Research and support technical accounting matters and evolving accounting policies
- Develop financial analyses and reporting packages used by senior and executive leadership
- Identify opportunities to streamline reporting, close, and consolidation processes
- Collaborate across FP&A, Treasury, Tax, Controlling, and Corporate Accounting on company-wide financial initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- CPA Required
- 5+ years of progressive accounting and financial reporting experience
- Background within public accounting, a publicly traded company, or a combination of both
- Strong hands‑on experience with consolidations and complex financial reporting
- Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP, internal controls, and corporate accounting
- Ability to work across multiple entities, business units, and stakeholders
- One Stream experience
- Exposure to 10-Q/10-K reporting, SOX, and SEC requirements
- Experience improving or automating consolidation and close processes
