Basic Purpose
The Office Assistant is responsible for providing excellent customer service and assisting the Property Manager with administrative duties. The Office Assistant should also have stellar analytical skills, and a passion for providing excellent customer service.
Essential Functions- Assists Property Manager with tasks such as rent collection, answering phones, and executing notices or correspondence.
- Maintains awareness and keeps pace of market trends.
- Always displays excellent customer service skills, and a positive demeanor.
- Assists with maintaining a clean, friendly, and professional leasing office.
- Operating a company vehicle or personal vehicle (as required) to perform job duties. Candidates must be willing and able to drive for work‑related purposes as needed.
- Working in a high‑pressure environment, interacting with difficult customers/vendors, handling urgent matters, resolving conflicts, having effective interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multi‑task
