We are looking for a high-performing Executive Assistant to support several top executives. This position reports to the Chief of Staff and plays a pivotal role in ensuring our executives can operate at peak efficiency and effectiveness. Duties and responsibilities- Efficiently manage complex and ever-changing executive calendars
- Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports, ensuring accuracy and professionalism
- Manage and track expenses and reimbursements
- Organize and coordinate internal and external company events
- Organize and manage sponsor ships
- Manage spreadsheets and databases
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism
- Any other reasonable requirements of the employer
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- At least 3 years proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role, supporting multiple executives
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- High level of professionalism and discretion
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem‑solving skills and a proactive approach
- Must have good communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with all levels of an organization
- Must be highly organized
- Ability to multi‑task
- Experience in the commercial real estate industry is a plus, but not required
