* Tools, resources, and leadership support to help you grow## What You Bring* ## Entry‐level automotive or quick‐lube experience (import or Nissan preferred)
* Willingness to learn and grow in a dealership environment
* Strong attention to detail and time management skills
* Ability to work in a fast‐paced shop setting
* Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
* Minimum age: 18
* High school diploma or GED required## Your Responsibilities* ## Perform oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and basic maintenance services
* Conduct multi‐point vehicle inspections
* Ensure work is completed accurately and efficiently
* Maintain a clean and safe work area
* Document services performed clearly and correctly
* Communicate maintenance recommendations to Service Advisors
