Are you ready for a change? Serra Ford Farmington Hills is seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Consultant, preferably with Ford brand experience, to join our high-volume dealership in one of the fastest-growing markets in the Detroit Metro Area. We are offering a hiring bonus based on experience and the chance to work in a large, established dealership with an excellent location.

- Build relationships and create customers for life by assisting them in selecting vehicles and listening to their needs
- Be a vehicle expert: know products, optional packages, and the latest technology
- Conduct professional and high-quality demonstrations of new and pre‑owned vehicles
- Follow up with buyers to encourage referrals and repeat business
- Overcome objections and excel in sales situations
- Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, and results
- Bring a positive attitude and your “A game” every day
- Minimum of 1 year car sales experience
- Ability to quickly learn new product features and offerings
- Current Book of Business preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional and well‑groomed appearance
- Clean driving record
- Willingness to submit to pre‑employment background check and drug screening
- Domestic and foreign vehicle sales experience is a plus, but not required
