Automotive Lube Technician

Serra Ford Farmington Hills is seeking a dedicated Lube Technician to join our team in Farmington Hills, MI. In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine vehicle maintenance services that keep our customers’ vehicles running smoothly and efficiently. Your expertise in lubrication and basic automotive services will help ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

• Perform oil changes and lubrication services following manufacturer and company guidelines
• Inspect vehicles and identify any issues requiring additional maintenance or repair
• Maintain accurate service records and ensure all paperwork is completed timely
• Clean and maintain work areas, tools, and equipment
• Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and answering questions
• Follow all safety regulations and protocols

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in automotive lubrication or related field preferred
• Basic knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance procedures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed
