We are recruiting for a Transformation Support Associate to join our team in Farmington Hills, MI. This is a hybrid role working 3 days in the office and 2 from home.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Transformation Support Associate will play a key role coordinating and supporting enterprise‑wide transformation initiatives by enabling alignment across business, product, IT, and delivery teams. The Transformation Support Associate partners closely with TMO leaders in planning, execution, and monitoring activities for multiple cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities
  • Support TMO leaders in establishing standardized processes, playbooks, templates, and workflows that ensure consistency across Enterprise teams and coordinate with the teams to enabling consistent execution.
  • Execute project management support for small initiatives or partner with product/project managers on larger initiatives, collaborating with business stakeholders through all phases of ideation, initiation, planning and execution.
  • Primary administrator of ; coordinating access, acting as a subject matter expert or facilitating  support.
  • Develop dashboards and reporting to support department initiatives, portfolio management, intake triage, and enable product team roadmap development.
  • Coordinate department and initiative budget reconciliations ensuring consistent execution and monitoring for compliance as well as support processing of invoices on behalf of the department.
  • Facilitate communications on behalf of the TMO, administering shared inboxes and managing distribution lists.
  • Support PI Planning events through meeting coordination, materials development, coordination and tracking of timely preparation of deliverables both prior, during and post the PI planning event. Specific examples include the enterprise‑wide readout and the executive readout.
  • Facilitate the development, delivery and report out of the PI planning survey.
  • Maintain RAID (Risks, Issues, Action items, Dependencies) log at an enterprise level comprising all teams, generate reports on the open items and track to closure.
  • Enable portfolio level reporting through aggregation of product team data in Jira.
  • Collaborate with stakeholder departments such as IT to execute deliverables and events such as PI planning in alignment with our operating model.
  • Work closely with Jira admins and help maintain consistent data fields in Jira across teams for standardized reporting.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or related field or equivalent experience.
  • We are targeting candidates with 1 to 3 years experience in program, product, or project management, preferably in software, financial services, or insurance related field.
  • Experience with project and product management tools such as Jira, Confluence or , preferred.
  • Advanced certifications in product or project management (e.g., certified Scrum Product Owner) or similar Agile certification, preferred.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience in managing budgets.
  • Proficiency in project or program management, Agile methodologies and disciplines.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Skillful problem‑solving, analytical, and decision‑making skills.
  • Demonstrates a strong willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in fast‑changing environments.
