Innovation Mortgage College Internship

Innovation Mortgage is a growing mortgage brokerage based in Farmington Hills, and we’re looking for a college intern who wants hands‑on business experience in a professional, fast‑paced environment.

In this role, you’ll work directly with our team to help improve internal processes, organize and analyze data, and support our branding and operations. This is a practical opportunity to learn how a business runs day‑to‑day while building skills in operations, analytics, and professional communication.

Your work will contribute to real projects and give you experience you can carry into future roles.

• Analyzing real production and performance data
