Responsible for working with hot mix asphalt (HMA) by raking, shoveling;
Crew member essential to application of asphalt on highways/private roadways/parking lots/driveways using handheld tools;
Must partner with other crew members to pave roadways per plan specifications;
Shoveling (dirt, asphalt or stone) and sweeping associated with heavy highway construction;
Must be able to adapt and work in extreme weather temperatures
