Rake, shovel, and apply asphalt (hot mix asphalt) on highways, private roadways, parking lots, and driveways using handheld tools;
Collaborate with crew members to pave roadways according to plan specifications and assist other roles as directed by the crew foreman;
Perform shoveling of dirt, asphalt, or stone and sweeping as part of heavy highway construction;
Use power and/or hand tools as needed to complete jobs within specifications;
Adapt to Extreme weather conditions while maintaining safety procedures and PPE requirements
