Construction Manager/ Foreman, Site Manager, Regulatory Compliance Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Travelling Industrial Superintendent to join a leading construction organization delivering complex industrial projects across the United States. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on construction leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys working on large-scale industrial developments across multiple locations.
As a Travelling Industrial Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will serve as the primary site leader, coordinating field operations, subcontractors, and project teams while maintaining strong communication with project management and client stakeholders.
This role requires extensive travel and regular on-site presence at project locations throughout the USA.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage daily on-site construction operations across industrial construction projects
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to ensure efficient project execution
- Maintain project schedules and proactively identify and resolve potential delays
- Enforce safety policies and ensure compliance with all OSHA and site-specific requirements
- Monitor quality control processes and ensure work is completed in accordance with project specifications
- Conduct site meetings and provide regular progress updates to project leadership and clients
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
- Manage site logistics, workforce planning, and material coordination
- Identify and mitigate construction risks to maintain project performance and productivity
- Ensure adherence to contractual, regulatory, and company standards throughout construction activities
- Proven experience as a Superintendent or Senior Superintendent within industrial construction environments
- Strong background delivering projects in sectors such as manufacturing, processing, energy, heavy industrial, automotive, or related industries
- Demonstrated ability to lead field operations on large-scale industrial construction projects
- Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, scheduling, safety, and quality management
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive project success in demanding environments
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout the United States
- Proficiency with construction management software and project documentation systems preferred
