Senior Project Manager

Salary: $100k-150k/year depends on experience

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish, with a focus on Retail and multi housing experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coordinating diverse teams, managing budgets and timelines, and ensuring projects meet the highest safety and quality standards.

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise all phases of construction projects.
• Oversee subcontractors, vendors, and on-site crews to ensure work meets specifications.
• Maintain project schedules, budgets, and compliance with regulations.
• Ensure all safety protocols and quality control measures are followed.
• Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in retail or Mult housing construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, codes, and regulations.
• Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
