Roofing Project Manager
Manage the Entire Process from Sale to Installation of Roofing
Qualified Candidate MUST have Project Management experience with Residential Roofing
Experience- 5+ years of project management experience with residential roofing
- Residential roofing installation experience
- Detail-oriented with strong multi-tasking abilities.
- Communication skills handling issues with homeowners, installers, subcontractors.
- Manage and resolve issues involving homeowners, installers, and subcontractors.
- Manage and document punch list with roofing installations, coordinating corrections final approvals.
- Order roofing materials and ensure timely delivery.
- Schedule installations with installers, subcontractors, and homeowners.
- Handle issues related to homeowners, installations, installers, and subcontractors.
