Silfex, Inc. – A Lam Research Company is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to develop and optimize silicon component manufacturing processes including machining, lapping, polishing, and clean room methods.
You will drive quality, efficiency, and yield through DMAIC and continuous improvement projects, coordinating with CNC/CMM teams and customers to meet specifications. The role requires a BS in engineering, Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt preferred, and strong data analysis skills.
