Cooper Standard is seeking a Plant Launch Engineer to lead the plant team on program, product or process launches. You will drive all plant tasks, deliverables, and events, coordinating with the Program Manager and the broader Program Team to ensure on-time, on-budget execution.
The role requires at least three years in the automotive sector, strong problem solving, and hands-on experience with tooling, PPAPs, and continuous improvement. Travel to customer sites and facilities may be required.
