Although located at SEWS
– Farmington Hills Office, this is a Hybrid position, which combines both in office and off‑site work. Associates are required to work at least three days in the office each week, but also have the flexibility to work off‑site.
BasicPurpose:
To manage projects for SEWS Toyota wiring harness business. This includes the creation and tracking of a Project Master/Development Schedule and coordination of regular meetings with various departments in order to maintain a record of open issues, while assuring project milestones are met in order to achieve production preparation and launch targets. Responsible for reporting project status to Business Unit management and to key customer contacts at scheduled intervals.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:- BS Degree in Project Management or a related Engineering Discipline.
- 1-3 Years experience with Project Management, preferably harness-related.
- Preferable bi-lingual capability (English/Japanese or Spanish) but not mandatory.
- Must be willing to travel.
- Some projects need regular communication with oversea contacts, and it must be done during non-standard work hours.
