Financial Analyst

We are partnering with a global Tier 1 automotive supplier to identify a motivated and analytical Financial Analyst to join their growing finance team. Our client supplies major automotive OEMs and operates within a dynamic, international manufacturing environment.

The Financial Analyst will support financial reporting, forecasting, and operational analysis within a fast-paced manufacturing setting. This role offers exposure to plant operations, leadership teams, and international stakeholders.

Fluency in Korean is required, as this role will regularly communicate with Korean-speaking leadership and global counterparts.

• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes
• Perform variance analysis and cost analysis
• Analyze operational and manufacturing performance metrics
• Assist with program profitability and pricing analysis
• Support audit preparation and internal controls
• Collaborate with Korean-speaking stakeholders on reporting and financial communication
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives within finance and operations

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 0–3 years of experience (internships highly valued)
• Strong Excel and analytical skills
• Solid understanding of financial statements and accounting fundamentals
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
• Interest in manufacturing, automotive, or industrial environments
