Financial Analyst

I am recruiting a Financial Analyst who will blend classic FP&A responsibilities with critical accounting contributions. If you enjoy building models, owning budgets/forecasts, and also rolling up your sleeves on account reconciliations and GL tasks

• Drive budgeting and forecasting processes; develop driver‑based models, sensitivity analyses, and cash/working capital views.
• Build monthly management reporting
  : dashboards, KPIs, and executive read‑outs with actionable insights.
• Partner with business leaders to explain variance drivers and recommend course‑corrections to hit targets.
• Support account reconciliations and GL accounting to ensure accurate actuals that feed planning and reporting.
• Prepare financial statements and support ad‑hoc analysis for pricing, margins, capex, and scenario planning.
• Improve reporting automation using advanced Excel and BI tools; document processes and strengthen controls.

• Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting
  , or related discipline.
• 2–6 years in FP&A or corporate finance with demonstrated exposure to accounting (reconciliations/GL).
• Strong Excel (modeling, pivots, lookups) and experience with BI (Power BI/Tableau) or planning tools (Adaptive/Anaplan/Hyperion).
• Comfortable translating analysis into concise recommendations for non‑finance partners.
• Solid understanding of GAAP and month‑end processes.
