This Mortgage Loan Processor will be responsible for the entire end-to-end mortgage loan process. They will gather and process all loan documentation and ensure compliance with policy, regulatory, and loan terms.
What You'll Be Doing:- Review and process loan applications to make sure all details are accurate and complete.
- Collect and verify borrower documentation (income, assets, credit, employment, title, appraisal, etc.).
- Prep files for underwriting and follow up to clear any conditions.
- Be the go-to person for borrowers during the process — keeping them informed and confident every step of the way.
- Partner with Loan Officers, Underwriters, and third parties to get loans to the finish line smoothly and on time.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Previous experience with mortgage loan processing preferred
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, Conventional, and USDA loans
