As a Lead Caregiver
, you’ll ensure every client receives top-quality care while supporting and mentoring a team of caregivers. You’ll play a key role in fostering a collaborative, compassionate work environment.

• Provide exceptional care and support to seniors, addressing physical, emotional, and social needs.
• Mentor, guide, and support other caregivers.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to implement personalized care plans.
• Maintain accurate client care records.
• Promote a positive, team-oriented work culture.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in senior care or a related field.
• CNA or HHA certification preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and empathetic demeanor.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Own reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and active vehicle insurance.
• Administrative skills and willingness to travel throughout the service area.
• Ability to pass a background check.
