Perform functions related to the computer boarding of surgical cases including data entry (address, insurance numbers, etc.);
Maintain Surgical Services computer network and database with quick, accurate data entry and retrieval;
Coordinate required surgical patient information between departments to facilitate efficient and timely patient flow;
Assist in the training of other surgical services boarding coordinators;
Ensure facility safety and regulatory outcomes including TJC and CMS; report safety hazards as required
