We are currently seeking a fluent Arabic-speaking caregiver or CNA to provide one-on-one, non-medical home care for a male client in the Oakland County South area.

The family places high importance on cultural traditions, privacy, and religious practices. We are looking for a caregiver who understands and respects these values and can provide care in a culturally appropriate and professional manner.

For this client, speaking Arabic brings comfort, familiarity, and trust.

Your ability to:

• Communicate fluently in Arabic
• Understand and respect religious practices
• Maintain professionalism and appropriate boundaries
• Build a respectful, culturally sensitive relationship

Provide personalized care in the comfort of the client's home, allowing you to build trust and meaningful connection.

We carefully match caregivers based on language skills, cultural understanding, experience, and availability.

• Provide companionship and conversation in Arabic
• Assist with personal care while maintaining dignity and professionalism
• Support daily routines, meals, and light housekeeping
• Provide transportation to appointments and community activities
• Drive and accompany the male client to the mosque for prayers as requested
• Promote safety and independence

Reliable transportation and comfort with driving the client are essential for this role.

• Fluent in Arabic
• 1+ year professional caregiving experience or CNA license
• Ability to pass a background and DMV check
• Valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation
• Comfortable providing transportation to religious services
• Cultural sensitivity and professionalism required
