Corewell Health -  - Responsibilities:
Register patients for visits and admits via EPIC, ensuring accurate demographic and financial data.;
Verify patient insurance with third-party payers and obtain referrals; communicate authorization requirements.;
Screen self-pay/out-of-network patients, initiate payment plans, and refer to Financial Advisor as needed.;
Document Medicare-related forms, consent forms, and privacy notices; perform medical necessity checks.;
Deliver excellent customer service and support process improvements to improve patient flow.
