Data Analyst, Data Engineer
The Integration Analyst is responsible for the accuracy and process documentation of the data that our internal teams utilize on various accounts.
The Integration Analyst will document and map DMS data structures (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds) for current OEM dealers, translating dealer exports into standardized enterprise data models. They will plan and implement the aggregation of all the data from hundreds of individual businesses. The primary business need is to bridge the gap between our account team who provides input from the dealers and the engineering teams building ingestion pipelines.
Key Responsibilities- Interface with internal PMO and Account teams
- Understand & can translate various DMS schemas
- Document data structures
- Translate dealer exports into MDM standards
- Bridge Account ↔ Engineering
- Account/PMO secures dealer agreements & data sharing documentation
- Owns the relationship with the Client & Dealers
- Integrations Analyst takes over from there, often interfacing with dealers while setting up sandbox environments, retrieving permissions/keys and mapping to the MDM.

- Owns integration documentation lifecycle
- Create repeatable onboarding playbooks
- Owns communication regarding DMS changes and data validation
- Identify, gather and document requirements for database procedures and applications
- Collaborate with all stakeholders including client-side IT professionals for purposes of Campaign Operations platform efficiencies and readiness.
- Work closely with agency, client and data management professionals including 1stand 3rdparty data sources.
- Understand varying client data ecosystems to ensure proper integration across multiple systems (DMS platforms, CRM tools, marketing activation systems, MDM, and analytics environments). Understand data gaps and limitations of current tool set/available data and work towards solutions to bridge gaps independently or with client-side resources.
- Analyze and interpret dealership management system (DMS) data structures (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, etc.) and translate them into standardized enterprise data models.
- Continually QA data to ensure accuracy, consistency, fidelity.
- Proactively communicate ideas and opportunities to Leadership and peers.
- Develop new data integrations based on client needs and agency objectives.
- Document integration processes for current and future state.
- Create, design and execute data test plans.
- Work closely with remote teams (internal and external) to continually troubleshoot data issues or create data enhancements to improve processes.
- Provide business approvals for User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Identify opportunities to optimize and streamline current business processes.
- Create documentation, test, QA and finalize.
- Demonstrated experience in the development of strategic, logical and creative solutions to challenging problems
- Ability to interact comfortably with both clients and internal departments
- Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines with little supervision
- Highly accountable individual with excellent communication, collaboration, organizational and project management skills
- Understands ETL and document file validation business rules
- Heavy understanding of modern data Lakehouse architectures, API-based integrations, and enterprise cloud data platforms (Azure/Databricks)
- Attention to detail and quality control
- SQL proficiency:
Microsoft (Azure and SQL Server) is required. - 2+ years’ experience in advertising agency role, CRM data is required.
- Experience with 3rd-party automotive or media data is a plus.
