OpenText xECM Lead

Infosys is seeking a Open Text Lead who will interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across the Software Development Life Cycle, including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design; play a key role in creating high‑level design artifacts; deliver high quality code; lead validation for all types of testing; and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. • Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Farmington Hills, MI or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of each year of education.
• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience, including expertise in Open Text xECM solutions.

• Open Text Modules: OTCS, OTDS, Archive Server, Brava, Capture Center, Enterprise Scan, Document Pipeline.
• Strong understanding of relational databases and Windows/Linux environments.
• At least 2‑3 years of installation, support and maintenance of Open Text ECM systems (Content Server) or a comparable enterprise content management system, including related web servers and databases; ability to install, configure, and administer Open Text ECM/Content Server or a comparable system.

• Design, implement and manage Open Text solutions, including Content Server architecture, administration and development.
• Lead version upgrade projects and ensure minimum disruptions and optimal performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure successful project delivery.
• Mentor and lead technical teams, managing projects in dynamic environments.

The role involves sitting and working at a computer for extended periods, communicating by telephone, email or face‑to‑face. Travel may be required as per job requirements.
