We're currently hiring for a Chief Architect within the Enterprise Architecture team, someone who can provide architectural leadership emphasizing modern application, integration, and digital solution architecture aligned to business strategy and customer experience.
You will be leading and helping to develop domain architects across application, integration and digital as well as strategic planning across the business unit.
This is a key role within the team and one for an ambitious and successful technology professional who can come in, with a tech-first mindset to enhance the capabilities across the whole companies infrastructure.
- Strong experience designing complex application or digital solutions, including time spent as an enterprise or solution architect.
- Excellent leadership experience.
- Demonstrated success leading and developing architects and influencing through cross-functional collaboration.
- Understanding of underwriting, claims, policy administration, billing, distribution, or digital customer/agent interactions.
- Demonstrated expertise architecting customer-facing and business-facing digital applications, platforms, and integrations.
- Strong experience with modern development platforms, application frameworks, integration patterns, API platforms, cloud services, and data pipelines.
- Hands-on experience across multiple SDLC methodologies including agile, Dev Ops, CI/CD, and iterative delivery models.
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption paths aligned to business value.
