🔎 Role:Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Lead / Architect
As a Cloud HCM Lead, you will be responsible for defining and delivering end-to-end Solution Architectures covering Business Processes and Application Implementation. This includes leading large-scale on-premise to Cloud HCM transformations across:
- Core HR
- Payroll / OTL
- Benefits
- Compensation
- Absences
- Talent Management
You will take ownership of solution design and delivery, lead client workshops, drive architectural decisions, and mentor teams — all while serving as a trusted advisor to stakeholders.
💼 Key Responsibilities- Lead complex Oracle Cloud HCM implementations and solution architecture
- Configure and oversee Oracle Cloud HCM modules
- Provide functional oversight for design, integrations, reporting, and extensions
- Collaborate with technical teams on interfaces (3rd party benefits providers, banks for ACH, etc.)
- Analyze business processes and apply industry best practices
- Mentor junior consultants and review deliverables
- Manage project schedules, costs, documentation, and corrective actions
- Ensure client readiness, training, and system acceptance
- 15+ years overall IT experience
- 10+ years in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud / Oracle EBS
- 2+ years of hands-on Oracle Cloud HCM implementation (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Workforce Deployment, Workforce Compensation, Talent modules)
- Strong HR Domain Architecture expertise
- Proven experience leading teams
- Experience integrating with external systems (Benefits providers, ACH, etc.)
- Strong consulting skills — workshop facilitation & executive communication
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
- Excellent English communication skills
