Qualifications

No prior work experience is required. Foreign Equivalent Degree acceptable.
Master's Degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, any Engineering or related fields required.

• Develop and maintain event streams, configurations, and connectors to efficiently emit and collect data from client services and transactional databases.
• Architect, implement, and optimize data pipelines for batch and near-real-time transformation and integration of client data, ensuring high performance and reliability.
• Design and manage the client platform as a centralized staging area for all data sources, ensuring data integrity, security, and accessibility.
• Implement and maintain the data warehouse on the client platform, including creation and management of fact and dimension tables for reporting, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
• Engage in data orchestration, designing and scheduling batch‑driven data workflows to facilitate seamless processing and delivery across the organization.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand reporting requirements and export data from the warehouse to a read‑only database, ensuring timely and accurate availability.
• Integrate and optimize reporting solutions.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines, ensuring data quality, reliability, and performance, and proactively resolve issues or bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to understand their data needs and provide support in accessing and processing data for analytical purposes.
• Contribute to the overall data architecture and strategy, providing insights and recommendations for improving data infrastructure, processes, and capabilities.

Farmington Hills, Michigan. Some business travel approximately two times per year for client visits in the U.S. and/or relocation to unanticipated locations in the U.S. is required.
