Project Manager – Infrastructure Services
We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to lead multiple projects across Infrastructure Services. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who takes ownership and drives results with accountability.
Mandatory skills:
Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, One Note, PowerPoint, Visio, One Drive for Business, SharePoint Online, Teams). Clarity PPM. Azure Dev Ops.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project schedules and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).
- Collaborate with leadership to determine and secure resource needs.
- Oversee project progress, workload, and deliverables throughout the lifecycle.
- Manage Request for Proposal (RFP) processes, including evaluation matrices and vendor selection.
- Draft and manage contract Scope of Deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with process standards and contribute to updates/creation of new standards.
- Provide project support activities: risk/issue/action item management, meeting scheduling/facilitation, documentation, and communications (end-user broadcasts, IT notifications).
- Monitor and report on project KPIs to stakeholders.

Skills & Experience:
1.
Enterprise Network Implementation Management
– Leading end-to-end network deployments, infrastructure readiness, and deployment planning.
2.
WAN Connectivity & Carrier Circuit Coordination
– WAN planning, circuit delivery tracking, telecom provider coordination, and readiness.
3.
Cisco Network Infrastructure Modernization
– Supporting Cisco switching environments, secure connectivity, routing/switching coordination, and refresh initiatives.
4.
Network Cutover & Migration Planning
– Managing enterprise cutover planning, traffic transitions, stabilization, and critical migration activities.
5.
Network Security & Access Infrastructure Projects
– Overseeing secure connectivity, DDoS mitigation, malware defense, and enterprise authentication/access reliability.
