Coretek is seeking a Senior Service Desk Analyst to join our Service Desk Team, providing advanced technical support, resolving escalated incidents, and mentoring junior analysts. This role ensures the efficient operation of IT services for internal Coretek employees and external clients.
Responsibilities include troubleshooting Windows and Mac endpoints, AD, M365, Citrix, and Azure-related requests, plus escalation when needed. Night shift: 7 p.m. – 7 a.m., alternating weeks.
