Ability to travel onsite to customer sites approximately 2–3 times per week to support workflow discovery, training, go-live, and implementation activities.
We are seeking a collaborative and clinically experienced Clinical Implementation Specialist, BMT/CGT to support the implementation of Longitude CGT's technology platform at customer sites. This role will lead clinical workflow discovery, validate workflows and documentation, train site teams, and support successful go‑live and early stabilization.
Serving as the clinical liaison between customer sites and our product and engineering teams, this individual will bring deep BMT and/or CGT expertise to ensure the platform aligns with real‑world clinical workflows. The ideal candidate is comfortable leading multidisciplinary teams, navigating an evolving product, and working hands‑on in a fast‑moving startup environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead clinical workflow discovery sessions with BMT/CGT teams during customer onboarding.
- Validate clinical workflows and documentation to support product development and implementation.
- Serve as the clinical subject matter expert between customer sites and Longitude CGT product and engineering teams.
- Translate clinical workflows and site needs into clear requirements and feedback for internal teams.
- Train CGT coordinators, nurse navigators, pharmacists, and other site staff on the platform prior to go‑live.
- Support customer sites through go‑live and early post‑launch stabilization.
- Identify workflow gaps, implementation risks, and opportunities to improve customer experience.
- Partner cross‑functionally to support successful onboarding and adoption of the Longitude CGT platform.
- Adapt to evolving product capabilities and customer needs while maintaining a strong focus on clinical workflow integrity.
Education
:
Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) with pharmacist license or Bachelor of Nursing with Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
- 3–5 years of direct clinical experience within a BMT and/or CGT program, including CAR‑T, gene therapy, or transplant care.
- Working knowledge of the CGT patient journey, including CRS/ICANS monitoring and long‑term follow‑up.
- Experience working with multidisciplinary clinical teams.
- Strong knowledge of BMT/CGT clinical workflows and patient care.
- Ability to lead clinical workflow and implementation discussions with multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong communication, training, and relationship‑building skills.
- Comfortable working with evolving technology in a fast‑moving startup environment.
- EHR workflow build or configuration experience, including Epic Beacon or CGT‑related modules, preferred.
- FACT accreditation experience preferred.
- Familiarity with 340B, REMS, or CGT reimbursement and compliance requirements preferred.
- Client‑facing implementation or project management experience preferred.
