As part of this approach, we are looking for an IT Specialist to join the Norm Fasteners America Business Unit

- Provide daily IT support to users across locations in the United States,
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, printer, account, and access-related issues,
- Manage end-user requests and support processes from initiation through resolution,
- Provide first-level IT support for SAP and other enterprise applications,
- Coordinate user onboarding activities, including device setup, account creation, and access management,
- Support IT operations throughout hiring, role changes, and offboarding processes,
- Coordinate with central IT teams, local vendors, and service providers,
- Support system implementations, transitions, standardization initiatives, and new site setups,
- Maintain accurate IT inventory, support records, and related documentation,
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, information security requirements, and company standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field,
- 3+ years of experience in IT support or a related field,
- Experience providing end-user support across hardware, software, networks, and enterprise applications,
- Basic knowledge of SAP and IT infrastructure,
- Strong communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills,
- Customer-focused mindset and the ability to effectively manage multiple requests and priorities,
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a global environment,
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications,
- Willingness to coordinate with global IT teams, local vendors, and service providers,
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
