Location: Oakland County, MI –
100% Onsite
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft Teams
- Experience with IBM Mainframe environments
- Strong knowledge of What’s Up Gold, Pingdom, and PRTG
- Experience with monitoring systems, infrastructure connectivity, assets, and services
- Ability to monitor mainframe control consoles and assist with JCL validation
- Strong incident management, triage, escalation, and communication skills
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Availability for day, afternoon, midnight, and holiday shifts as required
The Mainframe Operator will function as a Level 1 Incident Manager
, monitoring critical IT incidents/events, creating and escalating incidents, troubleshooting, tracking infrastructure availability, and collaborating with IT teams, customers, and vendors.
