Our operation in Lake Orion, MI supports General Motors' manufacturing operations, providing production support, sequencing, material flow, and inventory management services. We are seeking a Floor Supervisor to lead daily operations, drive performance, and support the success of our GM customer operations.

• Supervise hourly associates during assigned shifts to ensure safe, accurate, and efficient operations.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and safety performance while enforcing company policies and procedures.
• Train, coach, and develop team members to meet operational and customer expectations.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound material flow while resolving day-to-day operational issues.
• Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to support workflow, staffing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Complete daily reporting on labor, production, and operational performance while maintaining an organized work environment.

• 0-5 years of supervisory, leadership, or management experience in a warehouse, logistics, distribution, manufacturing, or transportation environment.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer-based reporting systems.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and thrive in a fast-paced operation.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, along with a strong work ethic and career-oriented mindset.
