Position OverviewBeauchamp Water Treatment Solutions is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Inventory & Parts Department Management Specialist with Service Titan experience to oversee inventory accuracy, manage daily parts department operations, and support our service team with timely and efficient parts availability. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong inventory management skills, and takes pride in delivering exceptional internal and customer service.
Key Responsibilities Inventory Management- Maintain accurate inventory levels through regular cycle counts and audits.
- Receive, inspect, and properly stock incoming parts and materials.
- Monitor inventory movement and identify discrepancies.
- Order and replenish inventory to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Manage obsolete, damaged, or slow-moving inventory.
- Ensure inventory records are accurate within the company's management system.
- Oversee the daily operations of the parts department.
- Process customer and technician parts requests quickly and accurately.
- Source parts from vendors while maintaining cost-effective purchasing practices.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers.
- Track backorders and communicate updates to customers and service staff.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient parts warehouse.
- Provide outstanding customer service to both internal technicians and external customers.
- Assist service advisors and technicians in identifying and locating the correct parts.
- Prepare parts for scheduled service appointments.
- Handle warranty parts and returns according to company procedures.
- Maintain purchasing records and vendor documentation.
- Generate inventory and purchasing reports.
- Monitor inventory performance metrics and recommend improvements.
Follow company safety policies and operational procedures.
- Previous experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or parts department management.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and computer software.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and customer service skills.
- Parts management in a water treatment facility or similar industries.
- Service Titan experience is required.
- Purchasing and vendor negotiation experience.
- Inventory forecasting and cycle count management.
- Knowledge of service department operations.
