LOC Credit Union, a full-service financial institution, is looking for a Lending Manager at our Farmington office. The ideal candidate will serve an important role in overseeing the Lending team helping members with their financial goals through our "Let's Win. Together." principle!

This position is primarily responsible for managing the Credit Union's consumer, real estate, and business loan operations in support of the Credit Union's goals and strategic direction, ultimately driving a higher level of member engagement and loan volume. The Lending Manager monitors all areas of lending and ensures that policies, procedures and compliance and training requirements are followed.

This position integrates data and analytics to drive solid decision making and recommendations. The Lending Manager is also responsible for coaching, developing and supervising department staff, ensuring proper education, leading to efficiency and automation in the areas of underwriting. Some travel is required for this position, mostly within the field of membership.

Education and/or Experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Seven or more years of increasingly responsible experience in a lending position within a financial institution
  • Five or more years of leadership experience
  • In addition to consumer lending experience, strong knowledge of business and real estate lending is required
